These Regulations specify the rules for making purchases at the online store provided by the Seller at www.tarpaulinaccessories.com and www.akcesoriaplandekowe.com

General principles

 

1. The condition of submission of the Order in the Online Shop by the Buyer is acquainted with these Rules and the acceptance of its provisions at the time of the Order.

2 .The following online shop: www.tarpaulinaccessories.com conducts retail sales via the Internet.

3. All the products offered in the store www.tarpaulinaccessories.com are brand new, originally packed, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally introduced on the Polish and foreign markets.

 

 

 Ordering

 

All prices quoted on the www.tarpaulinaccessories.com website are gross, they are given in Polish zloty and include a 23% VAT.

 

The aforementioned prices do not include shipping costs.

Orders are accepted by the website or by email (order@tarpaulinaccessories.com)

The orders placed through the website or via e-mail can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year.

The contract is effective if the buyer properly fills out the order form and gives contact details correctly, including the exact address to which the product is to be sent, the phone number and the e-mail.

In the event that these figures are not complete, the Seller will contact the Buyer.

If the contact with the Buyer will not be possible, the Seller has the right to cancel the order.

When submitting orders, the Buyer agrees to place the data in the Seller Online Shop database for processing in connection with the Order. In the case of the consent, the Buyer has the right to inspect their data, correct them and demand their removal.

The buyer has the option of storing the data in the system in order to facilitate the submission of further orders. For this purpose, the Buyer should provide the user name and the password needed to access the account. Customer login is provided by the e-mail address. The password is a string determined by the client. Customer password is not known to the Seller and the Customer is obliged to keep it a secret and protect against unauthorized access by the third parties.

After the Customer has made an effective order, he will receive an automatic response from the store confirming the receipt of the order.

The start time of the order coincides with the moment of acknowledging the financial impact on the account of  Paypal or the bank account specified in the order confirmation in the case of payment by bank transfer. The contract is executed on the same or the next working day after the payment has been acknowledged.

 

 Termination of the contract

 

A consumer who concluded the contract at a distance, has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reasons for making a statement in writing. It is, however, limited in time and is granted only for 10 days. This term is the deadline and it shall be counted from the date of delivery of goods and the contract relates to the provision of services - from the date of its conclusion. To comply with this deadline, you must send a statement before its expiry.

The right indicated in this section applies to consumer sales law, and therefore applies only to the sale to a natural person who is purchasing for purposes unrelated to the activities of professional or commercial activity.

The goods returned in this mode will be accepted only if they are fully complete, and the product and accessories are intact and will not bear any traces of use, providing a different use of the product, than only for the purpose of inspection.

In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the returned goods must be returned at your own expense to the address of the Service Provider.

The return shipment must be accompanied by a written statement of withdrawal from the contract and the account number which the store has to return the payment.

Within two working days of receipt of the goods, together with a statement of withdrawal from the contract, the shop will check the product. If the product meets the requirements specified in Section 3 within 2 working days, the shop will refund the payment to the account of the Client.

 

Privacy and protection of personal data

 

1. A Service Provider is the administrator of the databases of personal information provided by customers of the online store in connection with the purchase.

2. Personal data is used for execution of contracts of sale, in connection with this it can be communicated to those responsible for the delivery of purchased goods to the customer. Customers have the right to access their data and to correct it. Data is transmitted on a voluntary basis.

 

Final Provisions

 1. Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to these Rules provided that the contracts concluded before the amendment to the Regulations apply the version of the Rules in force at the time of the order made by the Customer.
